TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDER PROCESSING
After you have placed and paid for your order at www.bybiehl.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

byBiehl accepts no liability for any product(s) sent by post or shipping agent.

DELIVERY
For orders placed before 12 PM, shipments to Denmark will be sent the same working day and should arrive the following business day, or the day after.

Delivery to the rest of Scandinavia takes approximately 2-5 working days, from the processing of your order until it arrives at your address. Delivery outside of Scandinavia may take up to approximately 5 working days + customs duty.

For shipments outside of the EU, byBiehl accepts no liability for any incurred import fees or costs related to the delivery of the shipment.

All products are securely packaged and wrapped in byBiehl boxes.

ORDER PROCESSING CHARGES
There is free shipping for orders to Denmark and the rest of Europe of more than 300 DKK/100 EUR.

Orders valued below 300 DKK/100 EUR are subject to a handling and dispatch fee which is calculated at checkout.

Certain international orders may be subject to additional handling and dispatch fees that are dependent upon the destination.

PAYMENT
We accept the following payment and credit cards: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express.

Customers are subject to pay fees to the extent of the chosen credit card. The payment will be withdrawn when the order is sent.

RETURNED GOODS
You have the right to return goods within 30 days after the order date. Returned goods must be intact and send in the original packaging.

The purchaser must pay for the cost of returning the goods and any shipping fees will not be refunded. Your legal rights as a consumer are unaffected. You cannot return goods to a byBiehl dealer – goods must be returned directly to byBiehl (find the return address at the bottom of this page).

When you return a product, please include a copy of the invoice and write: “att. byBiehl e-Shop”.

If a product is faulty, please contact us.

SECURITY
The byBiehl payment system functions in cooperation with Nets (formerly Payment Business Services (PBS)). All payment-related data sent between your browser and byBiehl is encrypted. At the bottom of your browser, you can see if an internet webpage is encrypted. All encryption is carried out via an SSL server (Secure Socket Server).

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates issued by byBiehl can only be used on www.bybiehl.com. They will be valid for the period stated on the gift certificates.

It is only possible to use one gift certificate per purchase on www.bybiehl.com and gift certificates cannot be used together with other rebates or gift certificates.

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Some products may be blocked for special promotions.

VENUE AND APPLICABLE LAW
Any dispute between the purchaser and byBiehl, including the interpretation of byBiehl Terms and Conditions of Purchase, must be decided by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, according to Danish law and in the Danish language.

CHANGES
byBiehl reserves the right to make changes without prior warning to prices and the terms and conditions of purchase.

CLAIMS
By the Purchase Act, byBiehl offers a 2-year right of complaint. The right to complain covers manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product and does not cover wear and damage that have directly or indirectly occurred because of incorrect use or lack of maintenance. Complaints about errors and defects must be reported to customerservice@bybiehl.com as soon as possible after the purchase, after which it is agreed on how the complaint will be rectified. In connection with complaint cases, byBiehl pays return costs within reasonable limits.
