Shipping policy
1. DELIVERY
Shipments to Denmark will be sent the same working day and should arrive either the following day or the day after.
Delivery to the rest of Scandinavia takes approximately 2-5 working days, from the processing of your order until it arrives at your address.
Delivery outside of Scandinavia may take between 2-7 working days.
All products are securely packaged and wrapped in branded gift boxes.
Orders placed in connection with Black Friday may be subject to extended delivery times. Due to extraordinary demand, a delivery time of up to 5 business days should be expected.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
We offer complimentary shipping on orders above a minimum order value in the following countries:
Denmark: Free shipping on orders over €100
Germany & Austria: Free shipping on orders over €100
EU Zone 1+2: Free shipping on orders over €100
EU Zone 3: Free shipping on orders over €150
Canada: Free shipping on orders over €100
UK: Free shipping on orders over €320 (Minimum order value for shipments to the UK is €160)

Orders placed outside of the EU:
You will be responsible for paying any incurred customs fees related to the delivery of your goods.
Delivery to the UK:
There is an order minimum of €160 for shipments to the UK. All related taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
Holiday delivery times may vary.
Please be aware that processing and delivery times may take longer than usual between Black Friday and Christmas.
3. RETURNS
As a byBiehl online customer, you have the right to return your purchase. From the date you received your order, you have 30 days to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be sent in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

3A. SENDING YOUR RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary; please allow one week.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipping items over 70 EUR. This will guarantee that we receive your returned item.
