byBiehl offers a 30-day return policy starting from the day the products are delivered.
0–14 days: Exchange, refund, or store credit
0–30 days: Exchange or store credit
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be sent in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipping items over 70 EUR. This will guarantee that we receive your returned item.
CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
Should it occur that your byBiehl jewelry breaks within the first 2 years from the date of purchase, you can send the broken piece to our office: Gersonsvej 7 st th, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark.
It is important that you enclose your invoice. We do not repair or exchange jewelry that is sent to us without an invoice.
Should you wish to have your jewelry sent to another address than the one from your original purchase, then please leave a note with the following information; Name, address, phone number and email.
We reserve the right to reject claims where the jewelry has suffered nuisance. Furthermore we advise all of our customers to read our advice and counseling on how to take care of your jewelry.
